Birthday Challenge

Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m excited to share my entry for Your_Crafty_BFF Bethany’s Birthday Challenge. One of my favorite things about this crafting community is how challenges bring creators together while inspiring us to try new techniques and create beautiful handmade projects.

For this challenge, I focused on soft pastel colors and elegant embellishments that feel cheerful, feminine, and perfect for celebrating a birthday.

Handmade Rosettes

The first pieces I created were layered paper rosettes in soft pink and lavender shades. Rosettes add wonderful dimension to projects and can be used on cards, mini albums, journals, and happy mail.

Layered Flowers

Next, I created several layered flowers using pastel pinks, teals, and mint colors. I finished them with pearl centers for extra sparkle and elegance.

Butterfly Embellishments

Butterflies are one of my favorite embellishments to create. These colorful butterflies feature beautiful layered details and gold accents that really make them stand out.

Decorative MemoryDex Card

The highlight of my challenge entry is the decorative MemoryDex card. I incorporated florals, butterflies, lace, and soft textures to create a whimsical design that captures my crafting style.
